“密苏里模式”与中国报业近代化 被引量:4

摘要 1908年,美国密苏里大学创办了世界上第一所新闻学院,标志着世界近代新闻教育的开端。密苏里大学新闻学院提出明确、系统的新闻人才培养理念,探索建立了对世界新闻教育具有普遍影响的新闻教育模式——"密苏里模式"。同一时期,中国已经走上了近代化发展之路。伴随美国的海外扩张,"密苏里模式"来到中国,受到中国新闻界和知识界的青睐,并很快落地生根。从20世纪20年代初开始,中国各地高校纷纷效仿美国的办学模式开办起新闻教育。而一批从密苏里大学留学回国的新闻人也强力推动了中国报界的近代化步伐。"密苏里模式"促进了中国报业观念近代化,并通过培养大批职业化报人,帮助中国创新报业经营及编排模式,此外还直接促进了中西方报界的交流。 In 1908,the Missouri University in the U.S.established the world's first journalism school, which signified the start of modern journalism education.Missouri School of Journalism stated clear and systematic educational beliefs of training journalists,and set up a journalism education modelthe Missouri model.After about a century,however,the Missouri model of journalism education was copied widely all over the world,and its transplant to China was especially successful.The Missouri model has profoundly influenced the development of China's press and journalism education.By training a large number of professional journalists,it helped us in practicing newspaper management and layout models, also directly promoted the press exchanges between China and West.
