摘要
制备了空心陶瓷微珠填充的环氧树脂泡沫塑料;测试了材料的拉伸、压缩力学性能,计算得到材料的杨氏模量与泊松比,研究了各参数随空心陶瓷微珠体积含量的变化趋势。结果表明:随着空心陶瓷微珠含量的增加,材料的抗拉强度、拉伸断裂应变、抗压强度、泊松比呈下降趋势,杨氏模量呈上升趋势;微珠与基体之间的粘接力较小。
Epoxy foams filled with hollow ceramic microspheres were prepared. Testing were performed on tensile and compressive mechanical properties, Young' s modulus and Poisson's ratio were calculated, variety currents of parameters with different microsphere volume fractions were researched. The results showed that the tensile strength, tensile fracture strain, compressive strength, Poissonrs ratio decreased, but Young's modulus increased with the increase of volume fractions of hollow ceramic microsphere. The adhesive strength between microspheres and matrix was small.
