摘要
某发电公司T91过热器发生爆管事故,采用光学显微镜和扫描电镜观察并进一步分析爆管原因。结果表明:爆裂管组织中晶内碳化物颗粒数量明显减少,晶界碳化物呈链状分布且尺寸明显增大,说明过热器超温服役使组织老化,最终造成爆管;超温现象是由管内氧化层脱落导致钢管冷却介质流量减少所引起的。
T91 superheater tube of a power generation company bursted in use, optical microscope and scanning electron microscopy were used to analyze the bursting cause of tube. The results showed that the number of intragranular carbide particles in burst tube had significantly reduced, grain boundary carbide was distributed as continuous chain structure along the grain boundary, and its size increased evidently, which indicated that the bursting of superheater tube was due to microstructure degeneration which was caused by overtemperature service, and eventually leading to bursting. And overtemperature service was induced by the coolant flow rate decreased due to the stripping of oxide layer.
