摘要
采用化学成分分析、宏观和微观检验等方法,对锅炉热水器管内壁凹坑缺陷形成的原因进行了分析。结果表明:铁的氧化物在制管过程中被嵌入钢管内壁,并在热处理后剥落,最终造成钢管内壁凹坑缺陷。
The cause of pit defects on inner wall of boiler water heater tube was analyzed by means of chemical composition analysis, macroscopic and microscopic examination. The results showed that the original reason of pit defects was the oxide of iron embedded in tube in manufacturing process and peeled off after heat treatment.
