摘要
针对一批铅黄铜阀芯部件加工过程中出现开裂的异常现象,采用化学成分分析、硬度测试、宏观和微观检验以及X射线衍射等方法分析了产生开裂的原因。结果表明:该部件失效属于局部应力作用下的脆性开裂,原材料中铅和杂质元素含量过高,以及退火不完全是主要原因,并提出了改进建议。
Cracks were found in a batch of valve spool units of lead brass during processing. The reason of cracking was analyzed by means of chemical composition analysis, hardness testing, macroscopic and microscopic examination, X-ray diffraction, following with several suggestions for improvement. The results showed that brittle fracture under local stress had led to unit failure. And it was mainly caused by excessive lead and impurity elements content, as well as insufficient annealing.
