摘要 土壤样品经盐酸-硝酸(3+1)混合酸微波消解,采用石墨炉原子吸收光语法侧定其中钼含量。以硝酸铵作为基体改进剂,两步灰化温度为800℃和1600℃,原子化温度为2900℃。钼的质量浓度在40μg·L^(-1)以内与其吸光度呈线性关系,检出限(3s/k)为0.69μg·L^(-1)。应用此法分析了3个土壤标准样品,测定值与认定值相符,相对标准偏差(n=5)在2.6%~5.8%之间。 Sample of soil was digested with a mixed acid of HC1 and HNO3 (3+1) in a microwave digestor , and the content of molybdenum in the sample solution was determined by GF-AAS. Ammonium nitrate was used as matrix modifier. The temperatures of 2-step ashing were 800℃ and 1 600℃ and the atomization temperature was 2 900 ℃. Linear relationship between values of absorbance and mass concentration of molybdenum was obtained in the range within 40μg ·L-1, with detection limit (3s/k) of 0. 69 μg -L 1. Three CRM's of soil were analyzed by the proposed method, giving results in consistency with the certified values and values of RSD's (n= 5) obtained were in the range of 2.6%-5.8%.
