摘要 采用氮化物发生-电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法测定球墨铸铁中砷、锑、铋的含量。以盐酸(1+1)溶液和过氧化氢溶解样品,用溶于4g·L^(-1)氮氧化钠溶液中的10g·L^(-1)硼氢化钾溶液与溶液中的砷、锑、铋反应生成氢化物。选择砷、锑、铋的分析谱线分别为193,696,206,838,223.061 nm。砷、锑、铋的质量浓度均在1.6mg·L^(-1)以内与发射强度呈线性关系,其检出限(3S/N)依次为0.39,0.37,0.77μg·L^(-1)。方法用于4个球墨铸铁标准样品的分析,所得测定值与认定值一致,测定值的相对标准偏差(n=6)在0.34%~2.6%之间。用标准加入法测得其回收率在94.0%~105%之间, HG-ICP AES was applied to the determination of As, Sb and Bi in ductile iron. The sample was dissolved in HC1 (1+1) solution and H2O2. Hydrides of As, Sb and Bi were generated by reacting with 10 g ·L-1 KBH4 solution (dissolved in 4 g ·L-1 NaOH solution). Analytical spectral lines of 193. 696, 206. 838 and 223. 061 nm were chosen for the determination of As, Sb and Bi respectively. Linear relationships between values of emission intensity and mass concentration of As, Sb and Bi were kept in the same range within 1.6 mg · L-1 , with their detection limits (3S/N) of 0.39, 0. 37 and 0. 77μg ·L-1 respectively. The proposed method was applied to the analysis of 4 standard samples of ductile iron, giving results in consistency with the certified values. Values of recovery obtained by standard addition method were found in the range of 94. 0%-105 % with RSD‘s (n= 6) in the range of 0. 34%-2. 6%.
