熔融制样-X射线荧光光谱法测定钒钛磁铁矿中主次组分含量 被引量:7

摘要 应用X射线荧光光谱法测定了钒钛磁铁矿中主次量组分。0.2000 g钒钛磁铁矿样品与6.000g混合溶剂(四硼酸锂与偏硼酸锂以质量比67比33混合)于1050℃熔融,在熔样过程中添加20mg碘化铵作为脱模剂。采用理论α系数校正基体效应。选用标准样品绘制校准曲线,各组分的检出限为2~84μg·g^(-1)。对同一样品重复测定12次,计葬其相对标准偏差小于9%。应用所提出的方法分析CRM(BH 0101),所得测定值与认定值一致。 Major and minor components in V and Ti-bearing magnetite were determined by XRFS. 0. 200 0 g of sample was mixed with 6. 000 g of a mixture of Li2B4O7 (a) and LiBO2 (b) with mixing ratio of ma to rnu of 67 to 33, and fused at 1 050℃ with addition of 20 mg of NH41 as demoulding agent. Matrix effects were corrected by applying the theoratical a-coefficient. Calibration curves were prepared by using aset of standard samples. Detection limits of the 14 components were found in the range of 2-84μg·g-1. Values of RSD's (n= 12) found were less than 9% In the analysis of a standard sample (BH 0101) by this method, results obtained were in consistency with the certified values.
