在滚子试验机上,对硫磷型极压添加剂进行丁试验。试验结果表明,滑滚比与胶合极限应力近似成反比关系。而且,极压添加剂量越高,胶合承载能力越高。通常,极压添加剂的抗胶合作用依赖于金属表面形成的反应膜。从试件表面的显微照片上可以明显地看出,反应膜的覆盖率与滑滚比有关,随滑滚比增加,表面反应膜的覆盖率减少。
The S-P EP additives were tested on a rolling tester and showed that the limit scuffing resistance is inversely proportional to the slip/roll ratio and that the more the EP additives contained, the higher the scuffing resistance. It is revealed that the effect of EP additives used to resist scuffing mainly depends on the reaction film formed on metal surface. The microphotos of specimen also show obviously that the coverage rate of reaction film relates to the slip/roll ratio, i.e. the coverage rate of surficial film decreases with increasing slip/roll ratio.
