管内阴极保护边界元法的程序设计及其数值实验

摘要 基于边界元法的数值模拟方法,采用管单元对流动场内对称管内阴极保护体系的边界进行离散。利用C#编程语言编写一窗口应用程序-SKLBEM,计算了第三类边界条件对电位和电流分布的影响,并讨论了管径、电解质的电阻率对电位分布的影响,得出保护半径符合经典阴极保护理论公式。同时,计算了不同阳极间隔下的电位分布,为阴极保护辅助设计提供依据。 The boundary of cathodic protection system of symmetrical inner pipe was dispersed by using pipe element in flowing field system based on boundary element method(BEM).The influence of the third boundary condition on potential and current density distribution was simulated by using computer window program-SKLBEM written by C^#, and the influence of pipe diameter and eelectrolyte on the resistivity was analyzed, and the calculated protection radius accorded with classical cathodic protection theoretical formula.At the same time, the potential distribution of different distance between sacrificial anodes was calculated ,which can provide the basis for catholic protection auxiliary design.
