Discussion on the Product Oil Evaporation Loss

油品的蒸发损耗是自然损耗,蒸发损耗主要来自储油罐的大呼吸损耗和小呼吸损耗。油品损耗不仅在数量造成损失,还将影响油品的质量,而且大量的油品蒸汽散失于大气中,会造成严重的环境污染,并构成潜在的火灾危险。本文主要讨论了油品呼吸损耗的类型、影响因素、危害、呼吸损耗的测量和计算以及降低油品蒸发损耗的措施。

The evaporation loss of product oil is a natural loss; evaporation loss mainly comes from big breathing loss and small breathing loss of the oil storage tank. The oil evaporation loss not only can cause quantity loss, but also affect the oil quality, and the oil evaporation loss will also cause serious environmental pollution and pose a potential fire hazard. In this paper, oil breathing loss types, influence factors, harm, breathing loss measurement and calculation were discussed as well as measures of reducing evaporation loss of oil.
