摘要
简要介绍了TRIZ理论及其基本原理,分析了卡式瓶分选机存在的问题,利用TRIZ冲突解决原理对旋转检测装置进行了创新设计,新装置具有冲击小,噪声低,运行平稳的特点,提高了卡式瓶分选机生产率和可靠性。
The theory of TRIZ is introduced briefly and its basic principle, analyzes the existing bottle sorting machine problem, using TRIZ conflict resolving theories of innovation design of the rotation detecting device, the new device with the impact of small, low noise, the characteristics of stable operation, improve the bottle sorting machine productivity and reliability.
