核电厂PSA可靠性数据采集问题分析

PSA Reliability Data Collecting Problem Analysis for Nuclear Power Plant

为得到反映电厂实际情况的可靠性参数用于概率安全分析(PSA)定量化分析,需要采集电厂特定的可靠性数据。通过PSA数据分析方法,分析电厂特定可靠性数据采集过程中遇到的问题,提出相应的数据处理意见。并从数据规范化的角度,为电厂的可靠性数据管理提供建议。

In order to obtain the reliability parameters which reflecting the actual plant status for the quantification analysis in Probabilistic Safety Assessment（PSA）, the plant specific reliability data collection is required. By means of PSA data analysis method, the issues appeared during the process of collecting plant specific reliability data were analyzed, and the corresponding data disposal opinions were approached. In the end, the advices were given for the plant reliability data management from the angle of data standardization.
