一种可自动收放线多自由度清洁的遥控吸尘器

摘要 通过对家用吸尘器现状的研究和分析,结合实际需求,提出了一种在住宅中具有一定环境适应性,并且具有自主控制能力的新型家用真空吸尘器。该新型遥控吸尘器是集自动行走、吸尘清洁、全自动收放线、头部摆动伸缩、避障等多功能于一体的新型机电一体化产品,它在原有吸尘器的基础上有机加入多个机电控制装置,解放人的双手。新型遥控吸尘器由双马达独立驱动机构、无级变速机构、六连杆机构和内部嵌入式系统等结合而成,在实际使用中得到了很好的作业效果。论文主要介绍其工作原理及创新设计。 Through research and analysis of the status of vacuum cleaner, combined with the needs of practical applications, we present a new vacuum cleaner with a certain self-control ability that can adapt to urban environment. The new mechatronics vacuum cleaner has automatic walking, vacuum cleaning, automatic retractable cord, head swing, head telescopic, obstacle avoidance and other fu-nction,and it is based on the original vacuum cleaner organic and united multiple electromechanical device, greatly emancipated our hands. The new remote control vacuum cleaner takes advantage of the double motor independent drive mechanism, stepless variable speed mechanism, six linkage and independent design remote central control system, and the combination respectively get a good job in actual use. This article introduces its working principle and its innovative design.
