摘要
目前,抽油井上更换盘根时,多采用注胶式盘根盒进行井口密封,这种密封方法固然有效,但自动补偿密封能力差,耗时长、劳动强度大,而且密封盒内的密封胶要依靠抽油机带动光杆硬启动来解除密封,注胶次数越多,密封胶碎屑随液流运移,极易堵塞油嘴,影响原油生产。一种新型的高温高压一体式光杆密封器可以解决上述问题。它采用金属密封件进行井口密封,只需将压盖拉紧即可更换密封件,耐高温高压、耐腐蚀。操作简单、方便。
