摘要
论文研制了轴承柔性清洗烘干设备,实现了3～15cm直径的轴承自动清洗与烘干.选用FX2N-32MT控制器,TPKS7062触摸屏进行上位机监控,FX2N-2AD与FX2N-2DA模块实现对清洗压力与烘干温度的控制,采用CC-Link通信实现与其他工作站的信息交互.
In the paper, a bearing flexible cleaning and drying equipment is developed, realizing automatic cleaning and drying of 3-15 cm bearing in diam. We Selected Mitsubishi FX2N-32MT as controller, TPKS7062 touch-screen as monitor, FX2N-2AD and FX2N-2DA module to control the pressure of cleaning and drying temperature, and used CC-Link communication to exchange information with other workstation.
