摘要
论文设计了一套便携式谐波减速器传动误差检测仪,实现对谐波减速器传动误差的动态性能测试,并具有较高的采样频率,良好的人机交互界面。该系统基于ARM K60N512微处器,结合电机驱动电路及信号采集装置,实现信号的采集与输出。利用Matlab GUI功能设计人机交互界面,通过串口通信,实现自动化驱动电机,负荷加载,同时提供了采样数据的实时显示及分析与处理功能。
This paper is to design a portable detector that used to test the dynamic performance of transmission error of harmonic reducer, it has a higher sampling speed and good man-machine interactive interface. The gathering and output of digital signals is realized by this system which is based on ARM K60N512 Microprocessor that combined with drive circuit and signal collecting device. By use of Matlab GUI function a human-computer interaction interface has been designed, through serial communication motor driving and force loading is done automatically also the real-time display of sampling data and the analysis and process of the samphng data functions are provided.
