摘要
分析了级联CCM boost变换器在开关关断期间的能量传输模式,根据电感谷值电流与输出电流的比较,将其分为完全电感供能(CISM)和不完全电感供能(IISM)两种模式,得出了CISM和IISM的临界电感。指出对于给定负载、电容和开关频率的级联CCM boost变换器,CISM的输出纹波电压最小且与电感无关;IISM的输出纹波电压较大且随电感减小而增大;CISM和IISM的临界电感即为使得输出纹波电压最低的最小电感。
Analyse the energy transmission mode of cascaded CCM boost converter during the switches off.Comparing the lowest inductor current with the output current,the converter can be divided into two modes: Complete Inductor Supply Mode (CISM) and Incomplete Inductor Supply Mode (IISM). The critical inductor between CISM and IISM is derived.In the case of certain load,capacitor and switch frequency,the output ripple voltage of CISM has nothing to do with inductor and is lower than that of IISM,whose output ripple voltage decreases with inductor increases.
