摘要 论文根据直流电机的数学模型,建立了直流电机传递函数模型,分析了直流电机调速原理;根据模糊控制算法的参数自整定功能及其鲁棒性特性设计了双闭环直流调速系统的相关算法;利用模糊工具箱设计了模糊控制器,并与传统PID控制器相结合建立了模糊参数自整定PID控制器,通过Matlab/Simulink软件进行仿真;试验分析结果表明,模糊参数自整定PID控制策略能加快电机调速系统的响应速度,具有稳定性好、精度高、鲁棒性强等优点,并得到了良好的控制效果,具有较高的应用价值。 According to the mathematical model of a DC motor, a transfer function model of the DC motor is established by analyzing DC motor speed control principle, according to the parameters of the fuzzy control algorithm of self-tuning function and robustness properties of the algorithm, a double loop DC speed control system is established. The fuzzy controller is designed by using fuzzy toolbox, the fuzzy parameter self-tuning PID controller is established by combining it with traditional PID controller, through Matlab/Simuhnk simulation software, test results show that, the fuzzy parameter self-tuning PID control strategy can accelerate the response speed of motor speed control system, has the advantages of good stability, high precision, strong robustness, and obtained the good control effect, has higher apphcation value.
