保温层变形对刚性防水屋面的影响

摘要 通过对保温层的温度变形。干缩变形和冻胀变形的理论及试验分析,认为只要刚性防水屋面设计合理,按规范施工,保温层的小变形对防水层是没有不良影响的。并通过实验确定保温层的起始冻胀含水量,这对施工中控制含水量很有好处。 Theoretical and experimental analyses were systematically made to the deformation of thermal insulation,including that due to temperature change, shrinkage and freezing expansoin , respectively . The small-size deformation of thermal insulation is regarded as no adverse effect will be exerted on the waterproof layer,providing the rigr id waterproof roof was designed reasonable and built up strictly according to content in norm.The water content in thermal insulation was measured experimentally at the very beginning of freezing expansion,which will benefit the control of water content in job.
