基于GMR传感器的多层金属结构裂纹缺陷脉冲涡流检测

摘要 通过使用巨磁阻(GMR)传感器,应用矩形线圈产生激励磁场,测量并分析水平磁场分量的变化,检测多层金属结构中的缺陷并估算缺陷长度。试验结果表明,基于GMR的脉冲涡流检测系统,可有效检测多层金属结构中不同深度的裂纹缺陷。 This paper used giant magnetoresistance (GMR) sensor to design a pulsed eddy current probe. A square-shaped coil was used to generate a transient field and the horizontal component of the magnetic field was measured with GMR sensor. The experimental results showed that cracks of different depth in muhilayered metal structure were detected effectively by the pulsed eddy current testing system based on GMR sensor.
