利用胶片特性曲线及辐射理论推算阀门厚度

摘要 介绍了推算阀门阀体铸钢件特殊部位厚度的方法。该计算方法的原理是利用射线底片黑度结合胶片特性曲线及离散坐标法,计算各个方向辐射强度,从而估算工件厚度。并以实际检测中的具体实例进行说明。试验结果表明利用该方法可推算工件厚度,具有一定的应用价值。 This paper introduces the thickness calculation method for valve body steel casting special parts. The method was based on measuring the film density and combining it with fihn characteristic curve and discrete coordinate to calculate radiation strength in each direction. The actual detection specific example is explained. The results showed that using this method to calculate the thickness of the valve body steel casting should have some practical significance.
