船舶交通事故复现仿真系统的研究

A Simulation System for Reproducing Maritime Traffic Accidents

为正确直观地对船舶交通事故进行分析和责任判定,提出了一种基于船舶操纵模拟器的船舶交通事故复现仿真系统的开发方案。在综合分析方案设计原则和关键技术的基础上,提出了实现交通事故复现的具体步骤。该系统的研究开发可为海上主管部门对事故的调查和总结的科学性提供客观依据。

In order to perform the analysis of maritime traffic accidents and responsibility judgment, a new develop- ment of simulation system for reproducing maritime traffic accidents is presented based on the technology of ship handling simulator. The design principles and key technologies are comprehensively analyzed and the concrete steps of reproducing traffic accidents are presented. The research and development of the system provides maritime au- thorities with an platform for accident investigation and gaining experiences.
