摘要
随着我国对海洋石油资源的勘探和开发规模的日趋增大,国内已建立了多个海上大型钻井平台制造维和修基地。为了探讨海上大型钻井平台航行与靠离作业操作的安全,结合近年来多次参与深圳友联船厂海上大型钻井平台拖带航行和靠、离泊位的实际操作经验和体会,论述了大型钻井平台的航行拖带作业方法和靠、离泊作业中的操纵方法,对有关的注意事项与应急措施提出了一些可用于实际操作的意见和建议。
Along with China＇s increasing ocean oil exploration and related actions, several shipyards for manufactur- ing and repairing large offshore drilling platforms have been built in China. With the aim of ensuring safety of large offshore drilling platform sailing and maneuvering operations, with the experiences and understandings gained through the operations of towing, berthing and departing large offshore drilling platforms many times in Shenzhou Youlian Shipyard, this discusses the maneuvering methods of towing, berthing and departing large offshore drilling platforms, the precautions and emergency measures.
