老年人器质性发声障碍349例分析

Organic voice disorders in the elder (Report of 349 cases)

目的 探讨老年人器质性发声障碍的原因。方法对近１０年３４９例有发声障碍的老年人进行回顾性分析。结果３４９例中，男性２９５例，女性５４例，以６０～６９岁最多见。病因中，喉部及邻近器官恶性肿瘤１４２例（４０．６％）、声带运动障碍５８例（１６．６％）及声带良性病变５３例（１５．２）较常见。结论老年人器质性发声障碍以男性多见，并有多种原因，其中以恶性肿瘤最为常见。

Objecive To analyse the causes of organic voice disorders in the elder. Methods 349 cases of organic disorders in the elder of the past decade were investigated retrospectively. Results There were 295 cases of male and 54 of female. The predominant age group was 60-69 years old. In etiology, the malignant tumors of larynx and related structures were found in 142 cases (40. 6 % ), vocal paralysis in 58 cases (16. 6% ) and the benign lesions in vocal cords in 53 cases (15. 2% ). Conclusions The organic voice disorders in the elder have many causes with predilection to male. The malignant tumors are the most common cause.
