Study on surgery for snoring disease

目的 探讨鼾症的常规悬雍垂腭咽成形术（Ｕｖｕｌｏｐａｌａ ｔｏｐｈａｒｙｎｇｏｐｌａｓｔｙ ＵＰＰＰ）与激光悬雍垂腭咽成形术（Ｌａｓｅｒ Ｕｖｕｌｏｐａｌａｔｏｐｈａｒｙｎｇｏｐｌａｓｔｙ，ＬＵＰＰＰ）的优缺点。方法 ＵＰＰＰ加半导体激光或ＣＯ２激光及ＹＡＧ手术。结果综合术式共治４０例，随访１年以上，总有效９５％，显效１８例（４５％），好转２０例（５０％）无效２例（５％）。结论 传统ＵＰＰＰ和ＬＵＰＰＰ相结合，使阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征（ＯＳＡＳ）的外科手术治疗得到完善与提高。

Objective To study The advantages and disadvantages of routine uvulopalatopharyngoplasty (UPPP) compared with laser uvulopalatopharyngoplasty (LUPPP). Method Traditional UPPP operation combined with y semiconductor laser, r Co2 laser, and YAG laser. Results By following up 40 cases with the conjoined procedures for more than one year, the total efficiency rate was found to be 95%, of which 18 cases obtaind marked improve (45%),and 20 cases got better(50%),Only 2 cases were no effect(5%) Conclusion Traditional UPPP combined with LUPPP can bring the surgical therapy of snoring disease to a higher efficiency.
