摘要
教师课程决策扎根于教师自身的课程实践,通过教师对课程问题判断与选择的过程实现了教师在专业领域内的自治,因而成为教师专业自主的一个有效途径。课程决策不但为教师专业自主提供了实践空间,而且使教师的专业自主权力得到彰显;同时,教师的专业自主意识和专业自主能力也在课程决策中逐步形成和发展。
Teachers' curriculum decision making takes root in teachers' curriculum practice, which takes teachers' autonomy by teachers' judgment and decision about curriculum matters, so curriculum decision making is an effective way to realize teachers' professional autonomy. Curriculum decision-making provides a praetiee space for teacher autonomy and makes teacher performing autonomy authority,and meanwhile, teachers' autonomy consciousness and autonomy abilities can also be formed and developed during decision making.
