益肺饮合支气管动脉灌注化疗治疗老年中晚期非小细胞肺癌30例

Clinical efficacy of Yifei decoction combined with bronchial artery infusion in elderly patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer: a report of 30 cases

目的:观察益肺饮合支气管动脉灌注化疗治疗老年中晚期非小细胞肺癌的临床疗效、毒副反应及对生活质量的影响。方法:将60例该病患者随机分成治疗组和对照组各30例,对照组采用单纯GP方案支气管动脉灌注化疗,治疗组在对照组化疗基础上加服益肺饮,28d为1个周期,治疗2个周期后比较疗效。结果:两组患者临床症状改善情况、生活质量、毒副反应方面比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);在瘤体疗效方面比较,两组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:益肺饮联合GP方案支气管动脉灌注化疗治疗老年中晚期非小细胞肺癌能够改善患者临床症状、提高生存质量、减轻介入毒副反应。

Objective ：To observe the clinical efficacy and toxic or side effects of Yifei decoction combined with bronchial artery infusion in elderly patients with advanced non -small cell lung cancer（ NSCLC ）, as well as their effect on the quality of life（QOL） in patients. Methods ：Sixty elderly patients with NSCLC were randomly divided in to treatment group（ n = 30）and control group（ n = 30）. The control group received bronchial artery infusion of gem citabine and paclitaxel, while the treatment group received Yifei decoction in addition to the chemotherapy for the control group. Each course of treatment was 28 d in both groups. The treatment outcomes were compared after two courses of treatment. Results：There were significant differences in clinical symptom improvement, QOL, and toxic or side effects between the two groups （P 〈 0. 05 ） , but no significant difference in tumor outcome was found between the two groups （ P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Yifei decoction combined with bronchial artery infusion of gemcitabine and paclitaxel can relieve clinical symptoms,improve QOL, and reduce toxic or side effects in elderly patients with ad vanced NSCLC.
