摘要
测定固体颗粒污染度有多种方法,其中比较常见的是自动颗粒计数法及显微镜对比法,在检测过程中也存在诸多影响检测结果准确性的因素。通过实例对这两种方法的优、劣势进行比较,针对检测过程中的液样处理方法及其影响因素进行分析论述,并对这两种方法的适用情况进行总结。
There are many kinds of methods to test the solid particle contamination, among which methods of automatic paiticie counting and microscope antitheses ate commonly used, and during the test there are also many factors influencing the accuracy of test results. This paper compared advantages and disadvantages of the two methods through examples, analyze d the sample pro cessing methods and influence factors during the test and then summarized the applications of the two methods.
