摘要
"中国制造"商品中外价格倒挂现象导致国内消费大量外流,制约了内需经济增长。造成该现象的原因是国外厂商的价格歧视,国内高额的物流成本,优惠的出口退税政策和人民币的快速大幅升值。培育国内品牌抵御价格歧视,畅通流通环节降低物流成本,调整出口退税政策和保持人民币币值稳定,是缓解"中国制造"中外价格倒挂现象的有效措施。
Price inversion of China-manufactured commodities (price higher in China than in export markets) has led to an outflow of China's consumptive power, which has restricted the growth of China's domestic economy. Price discrimination of foreign manufacturers, excessive domestic logistics costs, high domestic export tax rebate and the rapid appreciation of the RMB are the main reasons causing this situation. We can take effective measures mitigate this problem, by nurturing good domestic brands to counter price discrimination, by optimizing distribution to lower logistics costs, by readjusting the export tax rebate policy and by stabilizing the value of our currency.
