具有微孔结构的大颗粒球状聚偏氯乙烯树脂的研制及应用

摘要 考察了交联剂种类与用量对悬浮法聚偏氯乙烯(PVDC)树脂比表面积、磨后圆球率和孔径的影响。结果表明:①加入交联剂可提高PVDC树脂的比表面积、磨后圆球率和孔径,其中双甲基丙烯酸乙二醇酯的改性效果最好,其最佳用量为单体质量的10%;②按照最佳配方制得PVDC树脂,进一步制得的碳分子筛具有很高的吸附率、较宽的吸附范围。 The effects of crosslinking agents' type and amount on the specific surface area, sphericity-after-attrition and pore size of suspension PVDC resins were investigated. The results showed that: the specific surface area, sphericity-after-attrition and pore size of suspension PVDC resins increased after adding crosslinking agents, the modification effect of glycol dimethac rylate was the best, and its optimum amount was 10% based on the monomer mass; The PVDC resins were produced by the optimum formula, and the carbon molecular sieves with high adsorp tion rate and wide adsorption range were further prepared.
