摘要
聚烯烃胶膜是一种新型的光伏组件封装材料,相对于传统的EVA胶膜具有很多优点,本文对聚烯烃胶膜的交联体系进行了深入研究。通过硫化曲线,分析对比了三种常用的过氧化物交联剂的交联效率,评价了助交联剂在聚烯烃胶膜中的应用效果,通过红外光谱表征了聚烯烃胶膜中交联剂和助交联剂,最后详细研究聚烯烃材料的熔指和辛烯含量与交联速度、交联密度的关系,为有效提高聚烯烃胶膜的交联密度奠定了基础。
Polyolefin film is an innovative encapsulation material used for photovoltaic, which has many advantages over the traditional EVA film. The crosslink system of polyolefin film was studied. Through the vulcanization curves, the crosslinking efficiency of three kinds of commonly used peroxide crosslinking agents were analyzed and compared. And the application effect of the crosslinking coagent in the polyolefin film was evaluated. The crosslinking agent and crosslinking coagent in the film were characterized by infrared spectroscopy. At the end of this paper, the relationship of the rate and density of crosslinking with the melt index and octene content of polyolefin was studied in deep, which laid the foundation for the effective increase of the crosslinking density of polyolefin film.
