摘要
传统的单层热敏CTP版材涂层质量在生产过程容易控制,而双层热敏CTP版材特点是双层涂布,每层涂层的感光性能不同,双层涂层需要分别测量,因此在生产中双层涂层质量不易控制。本文根据生产涂布工艺原理和双层热敏CTP版材的感光机理,同时避免高速生产时涂层质量对热敏版材感光性能的影响和生产时铝版基及涂布液的浪费,建立了在线生产双层热敏CTP版材时感光层用无水乙醇快速除去涂层检测方法。
The coating quality of the traditional single layer thermal CTP plate in the production process was easy to control, and the double coating thermal CTP plate was characterized by double-layer coated, the photosensitive properties of each layer of coating was different, the quality of the double coating was needed to be measured separately, so the double coating quality was not easy to control in the production. Based on the principle of the coating process and the sensitive mechanism of the double-layer thermal CTP plate, at the same time in order to avoid affecting to the performance of thermal plate by the coating quality in the high-speed production and the wasting of the base of aluminum and the coating liquid, the testing method of quickly removing the sensitive layer 1 (upper layer)on line with anhydrous ethanol was set up.
