摘要
PVDF的组成和结构决定了其兼具氟树脂和通用树脂的特性,具有优异的耐腐蚀性、耐候性、电绝缘性、压电性等,并且其熔融温度和热分解温度相差100℃以上,加工温度范围宽,热稳定性好,故具有优异的高温加工性能。可采用挤出、注塑、模塑、浇铸等成型加工方法,其制品有薄膜、隔膜、涂料、管道和配件等,广泛应用于光伏电池封装材料、锂离子电池隔膜材料、化工防腐蚀、电子电气、建筑、军工等领域。
The constitutions and structure of PVDF determine it has both the characteristics of fluorine resin and general resin. PVDF has excellent properties of corrosion resistance, weather resistance, electrical in- sulation, piezoelectricity, and more than 100 ℃ of temperature range from melting temperature to its thermal decomposition temperature.So it has excellent processing performance. It could he processed into various prod- ucts by using extrusion, injection molding, molding, casting molding, such as film,diaphragm, paint, pipes and parts. Its products are widely used in solar cell as packaging materials, lithium ion Battery as diaphragm mate- rial, as well as chemical anti-corrosion, electronic and electrical, construction, military and other fields.
