本文以中国实际营运上市公司的财务比率为依据 ,从 12 0个分析研究样本中推导建立起一个财务危机判别分析模型。该模型可直接应用于实际 ,是银行、投资者和基金经理们作财务危机、信用风险预警分析及企业综合业绩评价的有效工具。

This paper develops a discriminant analysis model on the basis of the financial ratios of 120 listed companies in China's stock market. The model can be applied directly to the practice and is a reliable tool for financial distress warning as well as credit risk analysis.
