泰安市泰山区乡村医生肺结核防治知识知晓情况调查

Survey on the awareness of prevention and control of tuberculosis among rural doctors in Taishan district of Tai'an city

目的调查泰安市泰山区乡村医生肺结核防治知识知晓情况,为有效开展相关培训工作提供依据。方法 2011年7—9月泰山区7个乡镇(办事处)参加2011年第三季度乡镇例会的乡村医生195名,统一采用匿名调查问卷的方式,共发放调查问卷195份,回收合格问卷195份。调查内容:调查对象的一般资料、肺结核防治知识、肺结核防治知识宣教情况。数据经审核后,用EpiData3.0双录入,并进行逻辑检查。结果共调查乡村医生195名,43名在接诊过程中发现过肺结核患者。"肺结核能治好么""、发现可疑肺结核患者应该怎么办"知晓率较高,分别为95.90%、95.38%",肺结核的主要症状"、"国家免费政策"知晓率偏低,分别为35.38%、43.08%。经常向就医者讲解肺结核防治知识的占51.28%,很少讲和从未讲的分别占11.28%、3.08%。结论泰山区乡村医生肺结核防治知识知晓率偏低,需强化培训和学习,重点内容应为肺结核的主要症状、国家免费政策等。

Objective To analyze the awareness of tuberculosis（TB） prevention and control among rural doctors in Taishan district of Tai＇an city,so as to provide a scientific evidence for the training of TB prevention and control.Methods An anonymous question- naire survey was conducted among 195 rural doctors from 7 townships of Taishan district attending the third quarter township regular meeting from July to September 2011.A total of 195 questionnaires were issued,and !95 valid questionnaires were re- trieved.The contents included the basic situation of respondents,knowledge of TB prevention and control,and education for the public by rural doctors.The data were audited and input with EpiData3.0,and then checked logically to ensure its reliability. Results Of 195 rural doctors,43 encountered tuberculosis clinically.For questions like ＂Can tuberculosis be cured ＂and ＂How to deal with suspected patients＂,the awareness rate was relatively high （95.90% and 95.38%）.The awareness rate was low in terms of main symptoms of pulmonary TB and national free policy（35.39% and 43.08%）.Only 51.28% of rural doctors admitted they often in- troduced the knowledge of TB prevention and control, 11.28% seldom discussed this with their patients and 3.08% never.Conclu- sion The awareness rate of TB prevention and control was low among rural doctors Taishan district,they need further training on TB prevention and control,focusing on the main symptoms of pulmonary tuberculosis,national free policy and follow-up time for sputum smear examination,etc.
