摘要
远程医疗会诊是一种医疗行为,远程医疗会诊病历应被视为具有法律效力的医疗文书。为提高远程医疗服务质量,需要实现远程会诊病历的科学化管理。远程病历实现科学管理应注意以下四个基本方面:远程病历收集的多媒体化,远程病历标识的规范化,远程病历分类的标准化以及远程病历管理的信息化。
Telemedicine consultation is a kind of medical action, and medical records for telemedicine consultation shall be deemed to be medical documents with legal effects. In order to improve the quality of teleconsultation service, it is necessary to implement scientific management of medical records for teleconsultation. Implementation of scientific management of medical records for teleconsultation should be paid attention to on the following four basic aspects： multimedia for collection of teleconsultation medical records; normalization for identification of teleconsultation medical records; standardization for classification of teleconsultation medical records; informationization for management of teleconsultation medical records.
