The Design and Implementation of Pathological Information System for Specialized Tumour Hospital

病理诊断是肿瘤专科医院对肿瘤病人最重要的诊断。肿瘤专科医院由于病人的病种集中、流程复杂并且对病理的要求高使其病理信息系统与综合医院相比既有相同的功能,又有特殊的要求,因此其病理系统具有显著的不同和鲜明的特点。因此肿瘤专科复杂的病理系流程被设计为四个不同的部分,每部分具有不同的实现目标,方法和流程。申请单实现了不同诊断目标的申请书写;术中病理检查实现手术过程病理快速诊断;病理诊断实现了病理科的内部流程;细胞学实现了细胞学诊断的内部流程。上述四个子系统相互依存和配合,共同完成复杂病理流程的诊断。

Pathology diagnosis is the most important diagnosis for tumor patients by specialized tumor hospital. Specialized Tumor hospitals have high concentration of the diseases, complex process and high requirement for pathology, which make the pathology information system equipped with both the similar function and special requirements compared with general hospitals, so the pathology system has great differences and distinctive characteristics. According to these characteristics, pathology system of the specialized tumor hospital is designed to have four different parts. Each part has different goals, methods and processes. Application sheet has realized the application writing of different diagnosis targets; Intraoperative pathologic appointment achieves the quick pathological diagnostic during operation process;Pathological diagnosis has realized the internal processes of the Department of Pathology; Cytology has realized the internal processes of cytological diagnosis. The interdependence and mutual cooperation of the above four subsystem has accomplished the diagnosis of the complex pathological process.
