摘要
高频复合材加热设备,属于高频介质加热设备。由于使用方法不正确或设置环境不合理,容易造成高频介质加热设备发生故障,使设备无法正常运行。为满足生产要求,保证设备最佳运行状态,文中阐述了高频介质加热机的工作原理,对设备常见故障原因进行认真分析,就设备的技术改造和故障的维修方法进行探讨。
High frequency compound material heating equipment is belong to high frequency dielectric heating equipment. The equipment will occur failure or could not meet the expected effect due to the error way to use it or the inappropriate environment. The article introduce the working principle of high frequency dielectric heating ma- chine and analysis the coinmon fault of this machine and also discuss the way to reform equipment technical and maintenance to meet production requirements and ensure optimum running state of equipment.
