Integrated Reformation Talents Training Plan for Mining Engineering Based on “3+1” Model

经过广泛调研和讨论,对采矿工程专业人才培养计划进行了优化创新,明确采矿工程专业办学理念,提出开采技术和通风与安全两个方向,并开设相应课程。通过采用"3+1"人才培养模式和实施校企联合培养,培养方案的实施将强化学生工程素质培养和创新能力,将提高人才培养质量,满足地方经济社会的发展需要。

After extensive research and discussion, talent training plan for mining engineering was optimized and innovated. School- running ideas for mining engineering professional were defined. Two directions of mining technology and ventilation and safety were put forward and corresponding course were set up. By using ＂3＋1＂ talents training mode and implementing school-enterprise joint training, the implementation of the training program will strengthen students＇ engineering quality training and innovation ability, improving the quality of talent training to meet the needs of local economic and social development.
