浅谈干湿激光粒度法对系统粉粒度影响

摘要 激光粒度测试方法主要有湿法和干法两种。通过对小麦粉的不同系统粉的激光粒度进行干法和湿法两种测试可以看出:对于同一种系统粉,干法和湿法测试所得的粒度差距较大,相差幅度最高可达到50%以上。实验中使用干法和湿法测试所得的不同种小麦粉所得的粒度变化趋势呈现相反的趋势。对于同种小麦粉的系统粉来说,其变化规律虽然较为不同,但是各系统粉之间的相关系数较大,均具有显著的相关性。 Laser particle size test method mainly was dry flour laser particle and wet laser granularity . Through the measurement of different system flour by dry flour laser particle and wet laser granularity . It can be seen that: for the same system flour, the particle size had disparity which up to 50% above by dry flour laser particle and wet laser granularity. The trends of the system flour particle size was opposite which tested by laser particle and wet laser granularity , and for the same system flour, although its changed rule was but the correlation coefficient between each system flour is larger, had significant correlation
