摘要 分布式光纤拉曼温度传感器以其低成本、技术实现简单等优点成为中短距离光纤测温传感器的主要发展方向.针对测温传感器专用数字检测电路设计开发严重依赖开发经验,新光路结构检测验证耗时且成本高等问题,本文搭建了基于虚拟仪器分布式光纤拉曼温度传感系统,利用LabVIEW编程开发了FPGA程序和上位机程序.通过温度测试试验,对拉曼测温系统进行整体标定.测试结果表明:该系统在4 km的测试范围内温度分辨率为1.1℃,测温精度为±2℃.该系统可以和不同长度的光纤温度传感器光路系统相匹配,具有设计灵活、通用性强,可配置等特点. The distributed optical fiber Raman temperature sensor (DOFRTS), with the advantages of low cost, easy to be realized and so on, has become one of the main developing directions of the temperature sen- sors in short and medium range. In view of the dependence of specified circuit development experiences, wast- ing detection time, and high cost, a DOFRTS system based on the virtual instrument with NI 5781R is real- ized in this paper. The design of FPGA process and host computer program is provided by LabVIEW. The re- sponses of the optical fiber Raman temperature sensing system are tested experimentally and calibrated, by ev- ery single point. Performances of the system are determined, which are temperature resolution of 1.1 "C and temperature measuring uncertainty of + 2 ~C with the measuring range from 1 to 4000m. The superiority of this system is flexible design, universal property and easy to operate, which fits in with different length of op- tical fiber sensor.
