Track-to-Track Association and the Relative Bias Estimation

摘要 航迹关联是多传感器多目标跟踪系统中的关键问题。当存在系统误差时航迹关联问题变得更复杂。该文将最优Bayes联合决策估计(JDE)法应用于存在系统误差的航迹关联中,并提出了简化的JDE法。最优Bayes JDE,通过在航迹关联时考虑传感器相对系统误差的估计误差,在相对系统误差估计时考虑航迹关联误差,来提高航迹关联的正确率和相对系统误差的估计精度。提出的简化JDE法可减少了计算量,其性能比最优JDE稍差。并给出了matlab仿真结果来验证方法的有效性。 Track-to-track association problem is crucial for multi-sensor data fusion, and become complicated in the presence of sensor bias, random errors, and false tracks and missed tracks. The optimal Bayes joint decision and estimation (JDE) was applied to the track-to-track association in the presence of sensor bias and a simplified JDE was developed in the paper. According to optimal Bayes JDE, the estimate error of the relative sensor bias was taken into account when considering the track-to-track association and vice versa. Hence the accuracy of track-to-track as- sociation was enhanced and the relative bias estimate error was reduced. The proposed simplified JDE algorithm for computational simplicity was slightly worse than the optimal Bayes JDE. The matlab simulation result verified the feasibility and effectiveness of the method.
