摘要
面对日益频发的突发事件,应急决策支持系统对提高人们处理突发事件的能力起到重要作用,传统的模型表示和管理方法难以满足应急决策支持系统对模型操作、管理的要求。在提出一种基于知识元的形式-实体模型表示方法基础上,引入模型知识元和业务知识元的概念,将模型分为形式模型和实体模型进行管理,该模型表示方法可以很好地与应急领域知识相结合,实现应急决策支持系统中模型的统一表示和管理。
Nowadays, we are facing with more and more emergencies. Emergency decision support system plays an important role in handling these events. Traditional model representation and management can＇t fulfill the demands of model operation and management. This paper raises a formal-entity model representation based on the idea of knowledge elements. We introduce the concepts of model knowledge element and business knowledge element and classify models as the format model and entity model. This method can combine with emergency knowledge and support the unified model management in emergency decision support system very well.
