摘要
随着绩效管理对企业发展的积极影响逐步被企业管理者所认知,越来越多的企业舍弃了传统绩效考评制度实施了绩效管理。对于当前仍处在传统绩效考评制度下的企业来讲,它们的组织体系已不能完全适应新的管理需要,需要进行优化或变革,建立更适合绩效管理的组织体系。
with the positive impact of performance management on enterprise development gradually by the enterprise managers cognition, more and more enterprises abandon the traditional performance appraisal system of performance management. For the current is still in the traditional performance appraisal system of enterprises, their organization system has not fully adapted to the needs of the new management, need to be optimized or change, build more suit- able performance management system.
