摘要
选取我国民营上市公司相关数据作为样本,从公司规模,独立董事的比例,地区,公司业绩四个方面考察了我国民营上市公司高管薪酬的影响因素。研究结果,公司规模和地区差异对我国民营上市公司高管薪酬产生了显著的影响,而公司业绩和独立董事的比例对高管薪酬的影响并不显著。
This paper selected data as samples from four aspects of the company size, proportion of independent di- rectors, regional, results of inspection of private listed companies executive compensation influencing factors of Chi- na's private listed companies. Results, company size and regional differences executive pay of private listed com- panies a significant impact on the performance of the company and the proportion of independent directors on execu- tive compensation is not significant.
