TOX3基因单核苷酸多态与乳腺癌风险的相关性Meta分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的对多个乳腺癌病例对照研究的样本进行Meta分析,探讨TOX3基因单核苷酸多态与乳腺癌风险的关系。方法全面检索相关文献,收集2005年1月至2011年3月发表的关于TOX3基因rs3803662位点多态性与乳腺癌易感性的病例对照研究,采用Stata11.0统计软件包进行Meta分析。结果最终纳入病例对照研究7项,累计病例24 464例,对照32 353例。除了杂合子模型(OR=1.12,95%CI:0.99-1.27),纯合子(OR=1.34,95%CI:1.43~1.59)、显性遗传(OR=1.16,95%CI:1.03~1.31)、隐性遗传(OR=1.25,95%CI:1.10~1.42)模型中结果均有统计学意义。结论 TOX3基因rs3803662位点的多态性可能是乳腺癌的危险因素。②高加索人群的TOX3基因rs3803662位点突变的纯合子模型和隐形遗传模型可能会增加人群患乳腺癌的危险性,纯合子基因型TT是乳腺癌的危险因素。 Objective To conduct a meta-analysis on the samples of case-control studies of breast cancer, and to determine the association between TOX3 gene single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) and the risk of breast can- cer. Methods Literature databases were thoroughly searched to retrieve studies assessing the relationship between TOX3 SNP rs3803662 and breast cancer up to 2011. Data were analyzed by using Stata 10.0. Results Seven case- control studies, with 24 464 breast cancer cases and 32 353 controls, were finally analyzed. Significance was observed in homozygous (0R=1.34, 95%CI: 1.43-1.59), dominant model (OR=1.16, 95%CI: 1.03-1.31) and recessive model (0R=1.25, 95%CI: 1.10-1.42), but not the heterozygous model (0R=1.12, 95%CI: 0.99-1.27). Conclusion The rs3803662 polymorphisms in TOX3 gene might be a susceptible factor of breast cancer. The homozygous and reces- sive models of rs3803662 polymorphisms in TOX3 gene are linked to an increased risk of breast cancer in Cau- casians. The homozygous TT genotype is a risk factor of breast cancer.
