他汀类药物在冠心病治疗中的多效性 被引量：16

摘要 他汀类药物又名羟甲基戊二酸单酰辅酶A（3-hydroxy-3-methyl glutaryl coenzyme A,HMG-CoA）还原酶抑制剂,通过阻止HMG-CoA转变成甲羟戊酸（mevalonate,MVA）,可抑制胆固醇的合成,降低血中低密度脂蛋白（low-density lipoprotein cholesterol,LDL-C）.1976年,日本三共制药公司的Endo由真菌培养液中提取出世界上第一种他汀--美伐他汀,Endo由此也被称为＂他汀之父＂.自从该类药物上市以来,已经使心血管病总死亡率下降20%～30%,所以他汀类药物也被称为＂自然界送给人类的礼物＂、＂心血管领域的青霉素＂.
