我国是一个历史悠久多民族国家,随着社会经济改革的深入,涉及民族因素的各种社会矛盾不断增加,因而涉及民族因素的群体性突发事件也呈逐渐上升的趋势.从定量分析的角度,运用层次分析法(AHP),构建了AHP决策模型,给出了处置和治理涉及民族因素的群体性事件应急管理决策的定量评价方法,对预防和处置涉及民族因素的群体性事件有着重要的现实指导意义.

China is a multi-national country with a long history, and along with the deepening of social and economic reform, social contradiction and crowd incidents involving minority nationality factor monotonous are increasing. This paper uses quantitative analysis and analytic hierarchy process to construct decision model of AHP, and establishes the quantitative analysis method of emergency management decision of crowd incidents involving minority nationality factor. This quantitative analysis method can help the social administration and policymaker make efficient and scientific decisions in emergency management of crowd incidents involving minority nationality factor.
