分出去容易.合进来难。学科整合需要统一思想,确定以患者需求为目标的价值观,还要找准适宜的整合时机。十余年前的中国人民解放军第一八一医院(下称“一八一医院”),肾内科、肾移植均有各自的科室,但这样的分科方式并没有给患者或医院带来益处。肾脏疾病的病程长,每一阶段的治疗手段也需内外科室根据具体病情随时调整。科室间各自为政的态势,导致患者在治疗期间,因内外科医生间缺乏沟通,而无法获得最为合理的治疗。甚至两个科室都发展了各自的透析中心,形成不良竞争。
