分出去容易．合进来难。学科整合需要统一思想，确定以患者需求为目标的价值观，还要找准适宜的整合时机。十余年前的中国人民解放军第一八一医院（下称“一八一医院”），肾内科、肾移植均有各自的科室，但这样的分科方式并没有给患者或医院带来益处。肾脏疾病的病程长，每一阶段的治疗手段也需内外科室根据具体病情随时调整。科室间各自为政的态势，导致患者在治疗期间，因内外科医生间缺乏沟通，而无法获得最为合理的治疗。甚至两个科室都发展了各自的透析中心，形成不良竞争。

As the disciplines are divided more and more professionally and specifically,they tend to only take care of their own business,therefore,patients have to visit different departments to get their treatment.Xiang Yueying,CEO of 181 Hospital,has decided to achieve integration of various disciplines,and explore a proper integration path for their hospital,starting with the kidney care center
